The Royal Oak Church of Christ is a family of believers who encourage each other in our love, commitment and service with God and one another. To facilitate spiritual and social development, we have numerous activities and groups for young and old, single and family, men and women, children and parents. In fact, the Royal Oak church is the only family some of our members have. We meet regularly to study God's Word, bring our praises and requests to Him in prayer and encourage each other in our spiritual development and maturity. While the congregation has over 300 members, with Sunday attendance averaging 285 each week, we also have many small groups that meet regularly, which promote fellowship, Bible study, recreation and friendship. Some of these groups include Youth Group, Big Kids, Young Families, Senior Saints, Widows, Ladies Class, Senior's luncheon, Men's Breakfast, just to name a few. Special celebration activities typically include a Fall Festival at the end of O ctober, Thanksgiving Camp Out, New Years Eve Celebration, and retreats. Other recreational activities some of our members are involved in include area wide basketball, golf tournaments and softball leagues. While some of our members live close by, others travel 30 or 40 miles to meet with us every Sunday. In fact, some drive by several other churches in order to worship, fellowship and work in the Royal Oak family.We invite you to come and see for yourself what all the excitement is about!
